This was a total and completely rude encounter she had no reason to treat paying customers the way she did.
She then proceeded to rudely escort of out of the building telling us we were banned for 24 hours and that the cops would be outside waiting for us. Not even 5 minutes later LINDA comes to us asking for ID so we once AGAIN showed our IDS and this lady was completely rude acted as if we were committing some type of crime told us we needed to leave we obeyed and told her we would leave. Little while later we were asked again to show ids so we did and the same thing they told us we were fine. We were there for about an hour when we got asked for IDs which we didn’t have any problem showing and they said we were fine as long as the two weren’t touching the machines. Before driving an hour to this place we called to ask the rules because two of my friends were 19 and they told us as long as someone was over the age of 21 and they underage weren’t gambling they were fine to attend. Me and my 3 friends decided to go to the hard rock due to the fact my friends had never been.
